• The deceased was identified as 27-year-old Shaikel St Louis of Lakeview, Point Fortin.
• Around 2:30am, two men allegedly got into an altercation at Level 1 Bar in Point Fortin.
• They left the bar and went to Wickham Street where one of the suspects pulled out a firearm and began shooting.
• St Louis who was standing along the roadway sustained gunshot injuries and died at the scene.
• The police were notified and the responding officers are carrying out investigations.
