• Around 10:55pm, residents of Alfred Richards Street heard a series of loud explosions and went to investigate.
• Upon their investigations, they found Snoop lying on the roadway, bleeding from multiple gunshot injuries.
• The police and emergency health services were notified as Snoop was taken to the St James Medical facility where he succumbed to his injuries around 11:20pm.
• Crime scene investigators also visited the scene and recovered three .40mm shells as well as a firearm that was found near Snoop’s body, which led officers to believe that he was also armed.
The last murder that took place in St James was on Wednesday 1st November, 2023, when 25-year-old Stefan Belgrave of Sage Street, Cocorite and 28-year-old Darnell Pierre of Jeffers Lane in St James were gunned down in Jeffers Lane.
