The younger brother of the sanitation worker who was killed after being crushed by a dump drunk at the Beetham Landfill yesterday called on the truck driver involved in his death to contact his family.
• In a cellphone video that circulated on social media, the teen, identified as Jeremiah Harripersad, pleaded with the driver of the truck to reach out to them.
• 19-year-old Tristan Harripersad of Krishna Lane Preysal, Couva, who was employed with Central Equipment Rental, was on a truck at the landfill on Wednesday 15th March, when he fell off while attempting to remove a tarpaulin.
• Harripersad was crushed and died at the scene of the incident which happened sometime around 8:45 am.
