While COVID-19 cases are increasing, Prime Minister Dr. Rowley says the current situation does not warrant postponing or cancelling Carnival 2023:
• He however said the situation does in fact require increased personal responsibility.
• Speaking at a press conference today he said the current increase also does not require any restrictions on travel as the global variants are already here.
