Venezuelan Authorities have advised our local security forces to be on the lookout for four criminals who escaped from a prison in Venezuela and may be seeking to flee to this country.

• The escaped prisoners are charged with crimes such as murder, robbery, attempted murder and other serious offences.

• Information released by the state police of Delta Amacuro, located in the Orinoco delta, which borders the Gulf of Paria, identify the prisoners as – 23-year-old Rene Jose Villaroel; 33-year-old Ronald Jose Rondon Villoroel; 37-year-old Jose Antonio Ochoa Villalba; and 20-year-old Abrahan del Jesus Farias Antoima.

• It is believed the men may be hiding along the river banks of the Orinico delta and are seeking to escape to Trinidad.
