St. Joseph Police are probing an incident in which two people were shot and wounded early on Sunday 19th March 2023 at the Bangladesh community at Farm Road in St. Joseph.
• Police have identified the victims as 24-year-old Felusha Goring of Avocado Drive Farm Road St. Joseph and 32-year-old Peter Sing, also of the same address.
• A police report on the incident states that around 5:30 am on Sunday the victims were standing on the roadway along Avocado Drive Farm Road St. Joseph when they observed a man riding a bicycle.
• The suspect then pointed a gun in their direction and opened fire hitting Goring and Singh before fleeing the scene. The victims were taken to the Mt. Hope Hospital where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. PC Nicolls of the St. Joseph CID is probing the incident.
