30-year-old Kerry Perrot also known as “Mamoo”, a fisherman of King’s Wharf, and 27-year-old Joshua Codrington, a labourer of Almond Drive, Coconut Drive, San Fernando were both shot and killed next to Maraj tyre Shop at King’s Wharf.
• A third victim, identified as 26-year-old Simon De Vignes, a salesman in San Fernando was also injured during the shooting.
• Around 8:50pm, officers of the nearby San Fernando City Corporation’s Municipal Police Unit, responded to a report, where they discovered the three victims covered in gunshot injuries.
• Perrot and Codrington were declared dead at the scene of the shooting, while De Vignes was taken to the San Fernando General Hospital for medical attention.
• Police believe that this double murder of Perrot and Codrington may have been a reprisal for the murder of Ricky Worrel, who was shot earlier that day.
