Two gunned down outside IATF’s Fort Chacon Base in Laventille…
Nigel dubarry aka Mokin of Mc Shine Lands, Despers Drive, Picton Road Laventille and Stanfield Allers of Picton Road, Laventille, was shot and killed outside Pepe’s shop on Friday 8th July, 2022.
The shooting happened outside the Fort Chacon Base of the Interagency Task Force around 7:30pm.
The victims were outside the shop when a Nissan AD wagon pulled up and two men armed with guns alighted and opened fire in the direction of Dubarry.
Allers, who was standing nearby, was also hit several times about the body.
Officers from the nearby base were alerted about the shooting and under the command of Sgt Praimdass, the victims were taken to the Port of Spain General Hospital where they were pronounced dead on arrival.
Dubarry was said to be the target of the gunmen.
Sgt Wayne Mohammed, Cpl Antonio Pereira, and PC Wilson of the Region 1 Homicide Bureau of Investigations were among the officers at the scene.
