Transport Commissioner Clive Clarke yesterday disclosed that the Licensing Division has uncovered a stolen vehicles racket where stolen cars were being converted into legitimate vehicles.
• Speaking at a press briefing on Thursday, Clarke said a crackdown on vehicle inspections revealed, in some cases, the vehicles were actually stolen and there were duplicate chassis and license plates.
