The deceased were identified as 24-year-old Dave Lyons, a coast guard officer of Alley Drive, Sea Trace, Diego Martin; 35-year-old Earl peters of Corner Savannah #2 Road and Diego Martin Main and 22-year-old JahMarley Goddard, of Bagatelle Road, Diego Martin.
