The mother of a man killed by a firearm holder during an alleged robbery attempt in San Fernando over the weekend says she simply wants answers on what actually transpired.

• She said Jeremiah told her he had borrowed $15,000 from a money lender who gave him until October 15th to repay the money. She said her son did not tell her who he borrowed the money from by adding the persons had issued threats to him. Jeremiah, she said, was hoping to reapply back for his job at Amalgamated Security. He was also owing Courts for items he had taken out on credit while employed with Amalgamated.

• Police said Jeremiah was shot and killed by an FUL holder when he reportedly pointed an imitation gun at a man & a woman in a robbery attempt inside a vehicle at the South Park Mall’s Carpark late on Friday 14th October, 2022.
