The grave of Dr Leroy Calliste also known as “The Black Stalin” has once again been desecrated.
• The suspect who is alleged to have desecrated Black Stalin’s grave in paradise cemetery, San Fernando was captured lying on his grave on Friday 13th January, 2023.
• Black Stalin died on Wednesday 28th December, 2022 and was buried at the Paradise Cemetery in San Fernando following a funeral service attended by hundreds at the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts on Thursday 05th January, 2023.
• San Fernando Mayor Junia Regrello Is pointing fingers at the homeless population of Harris Promenade and says a task force is being assembled to deal with the matter.
