The charred remains of a human were discovered in a burnt vehicle in Couva on Wednesday 09th August, 2023.
• Around 6:30 a.m., officers received a report of a vehicle on fire in the vicinity of the cemetery along Milton Road in Couva.
• When the officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the charred remains in the rear of the burnt vehicle.
A similar incident took place on Monday 03rd July, 2023, when 66-year-old US citizen, Ghandi “Bobby” Ramlochan who reportedly came to Trinidad to celebrate his birthday his 67th birthday was found burnt to death in a car along the Caroni South Bank Road.
