The body of one of the 4 missing Mayaro fishermen was found near a mangrove in Venezuela over the weekend.
• The victim is believed to be Rishi Khemchand whose decomposing body was discovered at the mangrove edge of the isle of Cuciano, which is south of Icacos and on the northern Venezuelan coastline.
