The residents of Ratchet Hill, Cocorite reported a series of noises that sounded like gunshots on Wednesday night. Upon investigating, police found the body of a man riddled with bullets, in a pool of blood.
The victim has been identified as Jelani Worrell aka Jello
Officers of the Western Division and the Homicide Bureau responded and investigations are continuing.
