A shooting at Warner Street, Freeman Road, St Augustine, left two (2) men dead and a woman injured on Wednesday 05th April, 2023.
• The deceased was identified as 21-year-old Daniel Riley another man who was reportedly one of the attackers is yet to be identified.
• The pregnant injured victim was identified as Angenie Lutchman.
• Angenie was taken to the mt hope hospital where she was treated for the injuries she sustained, however, her baby may not survive.
Freeman Road in St Augustine is no stranger to gun violence as three other persons were gunned down in the same area for the year thus far.
On Tuesday 24th January, 2023: 16-year-old school boy Darshan Ramnauth and Gino Shah were gunned down at Gregorie’s Lane off Warner Street, Freeman Road, St. Augustine.
On Friday 3rd March 2023: 26-year-old Aneesa Ramkissoon was gunned down inside her home, at Old Train Line Road, Freeman Road in St. Augustine.
As the war continued in warner street, St Augustine, three (3) homes and a car were destroyed in suspected arson attacks.
