Several school children were injured in an accident after their private school bus crashed off the roadway while on their way to school at Savonetta, Couva, on Monday 5th September, 2022.
• Around 8:00am, the bus carrying children of the Esperanza Presbyterian School crashed along the roadway.
• Reportedly 5 ambulances responded to the scene and took the children and the driver to the Couva District Health Facility and San Fernando General Hospital, where they were treated for minor bruises and physical trauma to the chest and back.
