Speaking at his Diego Martin West Constituency office on Wednesday 12th October 2022, Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley said as the PM, he has nothing to do with the prosecution processes against any person in this country.
• He added that the Cabinet has no business in discussing any matters relating to plea bargain agreements between any parties.
• Rowley addressed those who were asking where is the prime minister and urged persons to stop asking for him.
• Rowley’s statements came after the D.P.P on Monday discontinued the matters against Ramlogan and Ramdeen saying it was unfair to have the matters hanging over their heads given the fact that the state’s main witness against them, king’s counsel Vincent Nelson, indicated his reluctance to testify against the duo until his lawsuit is settled before the courts
