Police are searching for three men after a report of a home invasion. along river branch road in Kelly village on Tuesday:
• the incident took place around 10:00 am.
• a 47-year-old self-employed businessman and his 38-year-old wife were at their River Branch Kelly Village Caroni when three suspects entered.
• The suspects announced a robbery and proceeded to rob the male victim of $50,000.00 cash, two (2) rings with markings “S” ‘and “L” together valued at $10,000 and one gold and diamond cut chain valued at $4000.00.
• The female victim was also relieved of her wallet containing $500 following which the suspects then made their escape on foot in an unknown direction.
• WPC Jadoonanan is investigating the incident.
