A Piarco man was shot and killed inside his vehicle while outside his girlfriend’s home in Petit Valley on Friday 17th March, 2023.
• The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Joey Kissoon of Roedler Road, Piarco Gardens, Piarco.
• Around 11:00pm, Kissoon was reportedly in his vehicle waiting to enter his girlfriend’s home at Alfred Drive Condos when a gunman approached and opened fire on him.
