• The deceased has been identified as 36-year-old Whitnol “Jimmy” Philbert, a farmer of Toncabean Terrace, Pipiol Road, Cantaro Village, Upper Santa Cruz.
• 39-year-old Kamara Boucher of San Juan has been identified ad the injured victim who was shot in her stomach and remains warded at the hospital.
• The duo were shot by unknown assailants and Philbert died at the scene.
