One man is dead and a woman injured following a drive-by shooting incident at 1st street in San Juan on Thursday 21st July, 2022
• 30-year-old Jerome Johnson of # 42 1st street, San Juan, who police described as a known drug offender, was declared dead at the Port of Spain general hospital.
• 38-year-old Shelly-Ann Pinder of La Canoa Road, Lower Santa Cruz was also injured in the shooting and remains warded in stable condition.
• Around 11:00pm last night, Johnson and Pinder were standing outside of the deceased home, when a silver Toyota Aqua approached and the occupants opened fire on the victims, before fleeing the scene.
• Johnson sustained multiple gunshot wounds about his body, while Pinder was shot in her right leg, back, arm and pelvic area.
