Port of Spain South MP and attorney at law Keith Scotland suggested that persons who do not have gas should use a coal pot to cook.
• Speaking during his contribution to the Budget debate, Scotland also stated that he will use a bicycle to ride to court which will assist him in losing weight and saving gas.
