Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Camille Robinson Regis, speaking at a key distribution event, disclosed that a total of 60 persons received keys to their housing units on Tuesday 23rd August 2022.
• Robinson-Regis said that the HDC will be redesigned and the new structure will be a three-subsidiary company for the management of all elements of HDC’S property development mandate.
• Property management mandate, the completion of sales of the finished units, the continuation of management and administrative support for the housing development.
• She added that HDC will continue to exist, despite this new endeavour, but it will be reformed as a holding company managed by a board.
