The Transport Boss explained that the long lines at the Caroni and San Fernando licensing Offices for inspections were caused by persons seeking to do so at the very last minute before the moratorium expired on December 31st 2022.
• He said that with effect from Monday, the appointment system will be reintroduced for inspections for vehicle that weigh over 6,000kgs.
• Clarke added that with effect from Tuesday, the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva and the Larry Gomes Stadium in Arima will be used for vehicular transfer transactions.
