The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Ashley Morris. She was shot and killed while her boyfriend was injured early on Wednesday 31st August, 2022.
Ashley’s boyfriend, 28-year-old Brandon Joseph, is the brother of 26-year-old Jevon Joseph who was shot dead at Cakes Land, La Canoa Road, Santa Cruz yesterday.
Brandon, police said, was shot in the right leg and taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
The couple lived at Brasso Seco Road, Lower La Canoa Road, Santa Cruz.
