A man identified as Sylvan Lalla of Rio Claro, expressed his frustration as he has not been receiving any medical attention, despite his many attempts.
• Lalla reportedly slipped and fell from a staircase 16 months ago and to this day he is unable to walk.
• Lalla went to the San Fernando General Hospital for treatment but his appointments kept being rescheduled.
• He also complained that he has not received any treatment, tests or medication.
