Heartbreaking interview between Paul Ali’s father and Ian Alleyne last night live on Crime Watch.
The pain and hurt were heard in his voice as he recollected the events that transpired before and after his son’s untimely death. While at the Mt. Hope Hospital, Paul told his sister he received a bad drive from another motorist which caused the accident.
Mr. Ali said he really wanted to talk to Paul but when he got to the hospital, he had already passed. He said when he saw Paul’s car outside the St. Joseph Police Station, he knew Paul had sustained serious injuries.
He pleaded with road users to exercise extreme caution because most times innocent lives are lost.
He spoke on how he found solace within the Lord to cope in this time of grief.
