Hard lash shot dead near the Fish Fry along the Western Main Road in Carenage last night…
• A man identified as Victor Mills aka “Hard Lash” was shot and killed in Carenage in the vicinity of the Fish Fry on Wednesday 19th October 2022.
• Police report stated that around 11:00pm a man was proceeding along the Western Main Road Carenage when he observed Mills lying motionless with several shots about his body.
• Mills were clad in a dark-colored jersey and a light-colored 3/4 pants, striped black and white slippers. Officers found 12 9mm spent shells on the scene.
