Five men and one woman were killed during a shootout with police after they staged a robbery at a residence in Freeport earlier on Wednesday 14th August, 2024.
• The deceased were identified as Kevin St Bernard of Claxton Bay, Jovan Simon, Saloni Rangill, Nicholas Ceasar and Kevon John while the other suspect is yet to be identified.
• A report was made to the police and the officers intercepted the suspects at a home along Razack Trace, Mission Road in Freeport, where the shootout occurred.
