The victim reported that she was waiting for transportation when the man she described as African, Slim, Dark brown in complexion wearing a dark-coloured t-shirt, white 3/4 pants and a white hat approached her and yanked the purse off her shoulder, causing her to fall.
The suspect managed to escape with $10,000. along with bank cards and other personal items.
