Police have reason to believe that a drone was being used to drop contraband over the Golden Grove Prison walls.
Reports are, on Friday, Police conducted exercises as part of “Operation Grand Slam”. While on foot patrols in William Trace Five Rivers, a man dressed in a dark coverall was spotted running through a track in the bushes. The suspect escaped, however, he left behind a bag that contained one drone, 78 packs of cigarettes and 278 grams of marijuana.
