During the TTPS weekly press briefing, DCP Williams questioned why the Scrap Iron Dealer’s Association was denied permission to enter the capital city with their motorcade.
• DCP Williams said there were activities in Port of Spain where streets were blocked off and allowing the scrap iron motorcade into Port of Spain, may have caused some challenges.
• Williams added that the Scrap Iron Association President Allan Ferguson, during a meeting with the Acting Commissioner of Police opted to end the motorcade in Barataria
