Corn-like rain in Kelly Village, Caroni, forces the retreat of suspected bandits..
At least four (4) bandits in a Nissan Tiida motorcar Registration PCY 6246, made a hasty retreat after they approached an off-duty corporal with a firearm.
The officer, who is said to be from the North Eastern Division, drew his pistol and had the suspects skipping from bullets.
It is believed one of them may have been injured during the shooting as a trail of blood was found at the scene on Thursday 7th July, 2022.
