Chutney soca star K.I. Persad was attacked and beaten by several men while at a restaurant in Florida on Friday night.
• On Saturday, KI posted a video and spoke about the incident, adding that it had nothing to do with him interfering with any several online commentators.
• He said he was awaiting his meal and decided to go to the washroom and he ambushed for reasons unknown to him. He later posted a picture of one of his main attackers.
