Chairman of the Commission of Inquiry into the death of the four L.M.C.S divers in February, made a public plea for resources in order to conduct its work in an efficient and effective manner during the commission’s formal opening of the C.O.E on Wednesday 7th September, 2022.
• According to Chairman Jerome Lynch, Q.C., the Commission has been starved for resources which have caused a significant delay in the proceedings.
• Lynch was appointed Commissioner on July 6th, 2022, after his fellow Jamaican compatriots and Judge, Dennis Morrison resigned from the Commission for personal reasons.
