CCTV footage has surfaced with the murder of Nicholas Thomas at Crystal Drive Carwash, Crystal Drive Morvant on Tuesday 3rd January, 2023.
• 26-year-old Nicholas Thomas who was outfitted with an electronic monitoring bracelet while on bail for robbery charges, was shot and killed in the kitchen of his home, located near crystal drive car wash at lady young road in Morvant, while cooking corn and pigtail.
• Sometime after 9pm, Thomas was in his kitchen along with a friend cooking when a man entered with a rifle and opened fire on him before fleeing the scene.
• officers of the northeastern division, who heard the gunshots later located the scene and took Thomas to the Port of Spain General Hospital for treatment but he died shortly after.
