Caller on Crime Watch: I tried to save a man who was later swept away by the raging waters inside the East Dry River in Port of Spain on Monday 29th August, 2022.
The caller added that he contacted the Besson Street Police (located around the corner) but officers arrived half an hour after the man was swept away.
