A man by the man of Anil Rampersad was captured on CCTV video tossing a piece of brick which busted the window of his neighbours, an elderly couple, at Old Train Line Orange Grove Road, St. Augustine home on Friday night.
• Rampersad has been accused of making the lives of a 67-year-old man and his 70-year-old wife a living hell and in the Friday incident, he is seen with a cutlass asking persons passing outside his home if they had “mash up” his home.
• Apparently, a group of persons had minutes earlier thrown objects shattering the windows at Rampersad’s home.
• But when he came outside, he tossed one of the broken bricks at a window of his neighbours, accusing them of being behind the incident.
