There was drama in Port of Spain earlier today when an off-duty police man arrested a traffic warden who had moments earlier requested to see his driving documents.
• Many accused the officer of manhandling the female traffic Warden who he struggled with before placing her in handcuffs in full view of her other colleagues and pedestrians.
