• The roadway at Skinner Trace in Siparia has collapsed a second time in two separate areas.
• A portion of the land at the side of the S.S. Erin Road at Skinner Trace has also collapsed and the Main Road is under immediate threat as parts of it have large cracks.
• A few weeks ago the entrance to Skinner Trace collapsed and was repaired however, the situation has worsened as access to the community, for now, could only be made on foot.
• One house inside the street has sustained damage as a large portion of the land to the front of the property has collapsed threatening to bring the entire house down.
