An employee of Phats International Clothing Store was shot in the chest by a bandit who robbed him of a gold chain he was wearing at the Princes Town store on Wednesday 3rd, August, 2022.
• The victim was identified as 34-year-old Amin Singh of Arima.
• CCTV video footage showed the masked suspect pulling the chain from the victim’s next while pointing a gun at him.
• As the victim lunged at the suspect, he was shot once in the left side of his chest and slumped to the ground.
• Officers of the Princes Town CID responded and took the injured man to the Princes Town District Health Facility for medical treatment.
