An elderly man died after he reportedly jumped a wall at a nursing home and then jumped into a river in Santa Cruz on Thursday 23rd March, 2023.
• The deceased has been identified as 83-year-old Phillp Rock who lived at Purple Velvet Geriatric nursing home in Santa Cruz for the past six (6) years.
• Rock reportedly jumped the wall in the nursing home and then jumped into the river which is approximately 200 meters or less from home.
