A man identified as Aeshwar Dhanraj was conned of $7500.00 after he sent his car to fix due to a faulty transmission and found it one year later abandoned in Madras with no repairs done.

• Dhanraj reportedly sent his Toyota Axio registration PDL 8811 to a mechanic identified as Jordan to fix the faulty transmission.

• Dhanraj allegedly paid a total of $7500.00 in parts to the man, but as time passed and he tried to get information, the mechanic kept giving him a run-around.

• One year later, Dhanraj went to the area, where he found his vehicle in a terrible state and the transmission is yet to be fixed.

• Jordan was previously employed at a mechanic shop in Jerningham Junction, Cunupia, when Dhanraj carried his vehicle to fix.

• When Jordan was no longer employed at the establishment, he took Dhanraj’s car to an empty lot in Madras, where he was supposed to complete the repairs.
