A Valsayn man was shot and killed during a drive-by shooting near the community center in Bamboo #3 last night.
• The deceased has been identified as 34-year-old Dave Rambarran aka Peanut of 3rd street, bamboo settlement #3. He was declared dead at the mt. Hope hospital where he was taken by police on Thursday 16th February, 2023.
• Around 9:40pm, several loud explosions were heard and a red Tucson was observed proceeding at a high rate of speed east along 2nd street, bamboo #3.
• Ramberran was later discovered in the roadway with multiple gunshot injuries about the body. Police responded to a report and took him to the Mt. Hope hospital where he was declared dead.
