A teenager was killed and three others wounded while mourning the murder of their friend at Mt. D’or Road in Champ Fleurs on Monday night.
• The deceased has been identified as 16-year-old Tishawn Mansano of River Branch Road, Kelly Village, Caroni who died while undergoing emergency surgery at hospital on Monday night.
• The other injured victims are Tishawn’s elder brother, 20-year-old D’vante Mansano of river branch road, Kelly Village, Caroni; 19-year-old Kendell Best of Mentor Alley, Laventille (stable condition); and 26-year-old Kyle Celestine, (stable condition)
• Around 9:30 on Monday, all four victims were standing on the roadway along Mt’ Dor road, champ fleurs near hilltop lane, where they went to light flambeaus in memory of their murdered friend, 26-year-old Akeil Antoine, when three men approached them with guns and opened fire.
• The suspects later fled the scene on foot along hilltop lane and the victims were taken to the mt. Hope hospital where Tishawn later died.
