A shooting at Vegas in Morvant, left one (1) man dead and another injured, early on Tuesday 14th February, 2023.
• The deceased has been identified as 34-year-old Alfredo Alexander aka “Freddo” of 2nd Caledonia Extension Road, Morvant.
• Around 6:30am, on Tuesday 14th February 2023, Freddo was standing on the roadway in the company of other persons, when a dark-colored SUV approached.
• Several men, armed with weapons exited the vehicle and opened fire on the group, hitting Freddo and a female before fleeing the scene.
• Freddo ran off but was later discovered lying in a drain suffering from gunshot wounds about his body.
• He died at the scene of the shooting and the injured female victim was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
