A man who purchased a car from a used car dealer claims he was not given his full refund when he returned the car which was not in working condition minutes later.
• The transaction took place in downtown Port of Spain last night and the victim said he paid $12,700 for the black Nissan B14 motorcar but the man he purchased the vehicle from only returned $10,400 to him.
