A man was gunned down in the washroom of his home which is under construction at Granado Street off Sawmill Avenue in Barataria on Tuesday 4th October, 2022.
• The deceased has been identified as Randy James aka called “shorto”. James was found shot to death clad in boxer shorts in the washroom of the house he lived around 8:15am by police officers responding to a report.
• According to police, several gunshots were heard in the area between 5:30 and 6am. However, it was not until around 8am, a man from nearby 2nd Caledonia Road Extension went to give Randy a haircut but discovered his bullet-riddled body inside his home.
• The house James lived inside did not have any doors but had gang symbols painted around on the outside.
