A man was found murdered on the roadway at Las Lomas #2 Chin Chin Road on Thursday 12th January, 2023.
• Details of the incident remain sketchy but we understand that the discovery was made sometime after 11am on the roadway in an area called “Mahaica” at Las Lomas #2 Road by a resident.
• The police were notified and officers of the Las Lomas Police Post and the Central Division Crime Scene Investigations Unit and the Cunupia Police Station responded.
• The victim’s body was examined by the District Medical Officer and ordered removed to the Forensic Sciences Centre pending identification and a Post Mortem.
• Investigations are continuing into the incident.
